Sychar Soaps: Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Sychar, we aim to get our handcrafted provisions from our "well" to yours as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. The Sychar Circle: Member Shipping
We love our community! Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders for our Members.
How to Join: To become a member, simply subscribe to our Bi-weekly/Monthly Provision Club and after 90 days the membership becomes an option. The monthly membership cost is $10 or $99 yearly,
The Benefit: Once you are a confirmed member, your free shipping benefit is automatically applied at checkout (ensure you are logged into your account).
Membership is exclusively offered to our subscribers as a thank-you for being part of our journey.

2. Standard Shipping (Non-Members)
For those who are not currently subscribers, shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location. We utilize [USPS/UPS/FedEx] to ensure reliable delivery.

3. Processing Times
Our soaps are small-bactch and handcrafted.
* Orders are typically shipped within 2–4 business days. Expect 3 to 4 week processing period. 
* You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

4. Packaging & Stewardship
In line with our commitment to stewardship, we use eco-friendly and recyclable packaging materials whenever possible. We believe the "vessel" should be as responsible as the ingredients inside.

5. International Shipping
Currently, we ship to United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will vary and are calculated at checkout.

6. Missing or Damaged Shipments
If your "Provision" arrives damaged or is lost in the wilderness, please contact us at shycharsoaps@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can make it right.
